There is no air conditioning in the living room. However, the living room is well positioned to catch the wind and equipped with shuttered windows, making it delightfully "cool".
An automatic gate for maximum security, with space for two cars inside the gate.

Rates:

From €300 per night (including electricity consumption of 50kWh and water 2m3 per night)

Interim cleaning (mandatory for stays longer than 10 nights): € 175 → Includes changing bed linen and towels and freshening up bathrooms and kitchen. Cleaning must be paid for on site upon check-out.

Kitchen

The newly designed kitchen, equipped with modern appliances such as a Nespresso machine, kettle, ice cocktail shaker, and toaster, provides numerous features that enhance the cooking experience. With a spacious countertop, a bar area, and ample storage, both novice cooks and seasoned chefs can effortlessly prepare their culinary creations.

Living room

Enjoy the open living room where sunlight and fresh air flow in through elegant shutter windows. These windows provide functionality and aesthetic value, allowing a cool breeze to circulate and eliminating the need for air conditioning. The open layout creates a sense of space and relaxation. Enjoy the feeling of luxury with the big round dining table and a view on the pool.

Four bedrooms, each featuring its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the porch and are conveniently located near the swimming pool for a quick dip.
